Requesting deletion
Email support@leadnator.app with enough information to identify your property submission or connected account. Do not send a password or sensitive identity documents by email. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting to prevent fraudulent deletion.
What can be removed
Upon a verified request, we assess deletion of seller submissions, contact messages, uploaded files, and associated personal data. Google Calendar can be disconnected in Leadnator account settings, which removes locally stored OAuth tokens and event links. Google Calendar events already created may need separate deletion in your Google account.
Limited retention
We may retain limited records when required for law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or a permanent audit trail. We will explain any applicable exception when responding. We do not promise an automatic deletion period until an operational schedule is established.
