LEADNATOR / FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers about the private submission process.
Does submitting obligate me to sell?
No. A submission does not create an offer, contract, agency relationship, or duty to proceed.
Will every property receive an offer?
No. We may review the information and choose not to make a proposal or contact you.
Do I need to make repairs first?
No. You may describe the property's current condition.
Can I submit an inherited or tenant-occupied property?
Yes, if you own the property or are authorized to provide its information. Explain the situation as accurately as you can.
What if I do not know every answer?
Most details are optional. Use ‘I don't know’ where available.
Can I upload photos and documents?
Yes. Upload only materials relevant to the property review; do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, or full card numbers.
Is Leadnator a real estate brokerage?
No brokerage or agency relationship is created by using this website or submitting a property.
Does submitting stop foreclosure or auction deadlines?
No. Legal, lender, tax, court, and auction deadlines continue. Contact a qualified attorney, HUD-approved housing counselor, lender, or appropriate agency promptly.
How will my information be used?
We use it to review your request and communicate about it, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
