Information we collect
We collect contact details, property descriptions, optional financial or legal context, uploaded files, chosen language and browser timezone, consent records, and limited technical data needed for security and operation. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or payment card data.
How we use information
We use submissions to privately review properties, communicate about a request, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with applicable law. Property details may be compared with public property records as part of a review. A submission does not guarantee contact or an offer.
Sharing, sale, and AI
We may share data with service providers needed to operate the site or when legally required. We do not sell personal information, use it for behavioral advertising, or use Google user data or seller submissions to train AI models.
Security and retention
We restrict access to submissions and files, use technical safeguards, and retain them while needed for the review, legitimate business records, security, or legal obligations. No system can promise absolute security. Deletion requests are assessed as described in Data Deletion.
Your requests and choices
To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@leadnator.app. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Applicable rights depend on your jurisdiction and may be subject to lawful exceptions.
Google Calendar data
The optional Google Calendar connection is available only to authenticated Leadnator users and is separate from public seller submissions. See Google Data Use for exact scopes, storage, disconnection, and deletion details.
Minors, links, and updates
This site is not directed to children. External links have their own policies. We may update this notice and will post a revised effective date. Contact support@leadnator.app with questions.
