Optional private integration
Google Calendar is optional and available only to authenticated Leadnator users. Each user connects their own Google account. Public property submitters do not connect Google accounts.
Data and permissions requested
With your permission, Leadnator reads your calendar list to let you select an owned calendar and creates, updates, or deletes only follow-up events linked to your Leadnator work. The requested Google scopes are calendar.calendarlist.readonly and calendar.events.owned. We do not read unrelated event content for this feature.
Storage, use, and sharing
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, access is tied to the connected user, and event identifiers are stored to synchronize follow-up changes. We use these data only for the requested Calendar feature. We do not sell, use for behavioral ads, or use Google user data to train AI. We share only with necessary processors or when legally required, consistent with Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Disconnect and deletion
Disconnect Google Calendar in your Leadnator account settings to remove locally stored tokens and linked event identifiers. You can also revoke access in your Google account. A previously created event may remain on your calendar until you remove it; follow-up records in Leadnator remain separate.
